Hangover Cure

After a night of partying and having a good time with family and friends on New Year’s eve, a Leche de Tigre or Tiger’s Milk is the perfect cure for hangover, it will recharge you!

Leche de Tigre are the juices that marinate the fish for a Ceviche, with some Pisco added to it, if you like, but not necessary. It is served in a small glass separated from the Ceviche.

Yield 4 people

Juice of 6 limes

2 Garlic Cloves

2oz Pisco or White Wine

1Tbsp Aji Amarillo Paste

2 oz catch of the day

Salt and Pepper

Cilantro, chopped

Shrimp or Crab Claw for Garnish


Put ingredients in a blender and serve on glass. Garnish with chopped cilantro, Crab Claws and Plantain Chips.

*Note: If using the juice from the Ceviche, add 2 oz of Pisco or wine only, if you would like to make a cocktail, follow instructions above.
